Bernd Fabian, Group CEO, Group Management
Bernd Fabian joined the Meyra Group as CEO in May 2021 and has many years of experience in the medical equipment industry, among others at Danaher Corporation and Dräger Group. In the last 6 years, he served as Group CEO for the Ondal Group, a leading global manufacturer of pendant systems for medical and industrial applications. Bernd is based in the office of Meyra Group GmbH in Kalldorf, Germany.
Ralf Rütten, CFO, Group Management
Ralf Rütten joined the Meyra Group as a CFO in August 2023 and is responsible for finance, IT, legal and HR. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, controlling and operations. After 8 years with the US automotive company Borgwarner he worked 14 years for the French enterprise Saint-Gobain. As the finance director he was in charge of a global business unit serving 7 markets from 17 manufacturing sites across the globe. He joined Meyra Group after 4 years as managing director in the automotive industry. He is based in the office of Meyra Group GmbH in Bad Oeynhausen.
Jan Lægaard Broni, Executive Vice President Global Supply Chain, Group Management
Jan Lægaard Broni is the Executive Vice President Global Supply Chain, responsible for procurement, sourcing, logistics and QA-QC in the Supply Chain. He has been in Meyra Group since 2019 and in Alu Rehab (part of Meyra Group) since 2007 where he served and still serves as GM for the production in China. He has a long experience within the rehabilitation industry going back to 1997. Jan has a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor within Mechanical Engineering. He has a broad experience within sales, production, R&D, Quality and Management. In 2022 he took the position in Meyra Group as EVP Global Supply Chain and became member of the Management Group.
Tadeusz Piotr Baczyński, Executive Vice President Operation, Group Management
Tadeusz Piotr Baczyński is EVP Operation, responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and serve as regional leader of CEE. He has been with Meyra Group since the year 1999. He has a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master of Engineering in manufacturing management. Tadeusz Piotr Baczyński has many years of experience in the mobility and orthopedic business at management level. Since 2014 as Chief Operating Officer he has also been board member of the Management Board of Meyra Group S.A.
