Dr. Sönke Rössing, Group CEO, Group Management
Dr. Sönke Rössing joined the Meyra Group as CEO in November 2025 and has many years of experience in different leading roles in the medical industry. In the last years, he served as CEO for Detax GmbH. Before this, he scaled business with global market leader Ottobock and their innovative Exoskeletons. With his strategic vision and his communicative way of working, Sönke is based in Meyra Group headquarter in Bad Oeynhausen/Porta Westfalica.
Jörg Sölner, Group CFO, Group Management
Since 2023, Jörg is working as an interim manager for several companies (Haelssen & Lyon, Sprick Cycle) and is since March 2025 CFO of Meyra Group (first 6 months as an interim CFO). Jörg’s several roles in several leaderships in different companies are in line with a lot of success in transformation and operational excellence. Jörg’s positive mindset and his straightforward thinking and acting is helpful to achieve Meyra Group goals in the future.
Jan Lægaard Broni, Executive Vice President Global Supply Chain, Group Management
Jan Lægaard Broni is the Executive Vice President Global Supply Chain, responsible for procurement, sourcing, logistics and QA-QC in the Supply Chain. He has been in Meyra Group since 2019 and in Alu Rehab (part of Meyra Group) since 2007 where he served and still serves as GM for the production in China. He has a long experience within the rehabilitation industry going back to 1997. Jan has a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor within Mechanical Engineering. He has a broad experience within sales, production, R&D, Quality and Management. In 2022 he took the position in Meyra Group as EVP Global Supply Chain and became member of the Management Group.
Tadeusz Piotr Baczyński, Executive Vice President Operation, Group Management
Tadeusz Piotr Baczyński is EVP Operation, responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and serve as regional leader of CEE. He has been with Meyra Group since the year 1999. He has a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master of Engineering in manufacturing management. Tadeusz Piotr Baczyński has many years of experience in the mobility and orthopedic business at management level. Since 2014 as Chief Operating Officer he has also been board member of the Management Board of Meyra Group S.A.
